Starting off pretty simple.

In 2022, I would say that my experience with film started here. I shot with multiple Fuji 400 rolls out on the East Coast of North Carolina! This photo specifically captured a few beach homes in the distance right across from these small sand dunes. The low light from the sun setting gave this scene a little warmth, which I always love catching!

I shot a few golden hour moments. This man fishing on the shoreline caught my eye, but mainly because of the sunlight making him look like he’s glowing.

The Shoreline setting seems to be on theme with what I’ve shot over time. This shot shows an up close of a Ring-billed Gull during the winter season. After some high tide rolling in, there were small pools left behind. A few Seagulls were caught walking along the water, including this one that was photographed.

This was shot with a DSLR canon series camera body, following an EF-S18-55m lens.

Alright, check this out!

This photograph was shot in the summer of 2020 over in Batavia, NY. My cousin had neighbors that owned an African Spurred Tortoise. This shot lines up roughly around a 50mm focal length, and I was messing around with the same lens I have been mostly using that goes up to 55mm. Nothing too long ranged, but nice enough to get a simple looking full vertical frame with the Tortoise’s head being the primary subject.

Even getting a shot of the Tortoise opening her mouth in on some leaves was unexpected, but fitting for the few frames I got!
